Two RedHawk gridders enter portal

April showers bring May flowers.
Likewise in 2023, April spring practices are typically followed by spring transfers.
It has been going on across the country, with one of the more extreme cases being in Colorado (23 transferring out at last count).
The Miami RedHawks wrapped up their spring work Saturday and the latest count in the On3.com transfer portal watch shows two MU players recently adding their names to list. Safety Rowan Zolman (2022 S0) appears headed to Minnesota. Redshirt freshman tight end Jeffrey Simmons entered the portal, but as of yet does not have a destination.
