RedHawks heading west for Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Miami to face eight-win Colorado State squad OXFORD, Ohio— The Miami University football team will face Colorado State University in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented by Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop on Saturday, Dec. 28 in Tucson, Ariz. The game will kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET at Arizona Stadium and be broadcast on The CW Network. Miami, the Mid-American Conference runner-up, will make its 16th all-time bowl appearance and play in a bowl game for the fifth consecutive full season (2020 Lending Tree Bowl, 2021 Frisco Football Classic, 2022 Bahamas Bowl, 2023 Cure Bowl). The RedHawks are 8-7 in bowl games and have been bowl-eligible in eight of the last nine years. Colorado State comes in with . . . . . . a record of 8-4 (6-1 in Mountain West play) after scoring 29 fourth-quarter points to rally for a win in their regular-season finale. The Rams won six of their last seven games and posted the program’s highest win total since 2014. Nine CSU players were named All-Conference this season, including three offensive linemen (led by First-Team selection Jacob Gardner). Quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi has thrown for 2,475 yards and 13 touchdowns, completing better than 61% of his passes. Avery Morrow has nine rushing touchdowns and 956 yards on the ground (5.8 yards per carry). The Rams will be making their first bowl appearance since the 2017 New Mexico Bowl. The Red and White won their final seven games of the regular season to advance to the MAC Championship Game in Detroit and will take an 8-5 overall record into bowl season.
