TUCSON, Ariz. -- The Miami University football team will face Fresno State University in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented by Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop on Saturday, Dec. 27 in Tucson, Ariz. The game will kick off at 4:30 p.m. ET at Arizona Stadium and be broadcast on The CW Network.

Miami, the Mid-American Conference . . .

. . . runner-up, will make its 17th all-time bowl appearance and play in a bowl game for the sixth consecutive full season (2020 Lending Tree Bowl, 2021 Frisco Football Classic, 2022 Bahamas Bowl, 2023 Cure Bowl, 2024 Arizona Bowl). The RedHawks are 9-7 in bowl games and have been bowl-eligible in nine of the last 10 years.

After opening the year 0-3, the RedHawks went on to finish Mid-American Conference play 6-2 and advance to their third-straight MAC Championship Game. The RedHawks (7-6) become just the second team in Arizona Bowl history to make back-to-back appearances, coming off a dominant win versus Colorado State in 2024.

The Bulldogs are bowl-eligible for the fifth season in a row and are led by first-year head Matt Entz. The Bulldogs come to Tucson with a regular season record of 8-4 (5-3 MWC), hanging their hat on a masterful defense. Fresno State held its opponents to 293.5 yards per game, its fewest in a season since at least 1992.

It's a toss-up as to whether he enjoys writing or photography best. No matter, though, because the goal is to inform and entertain readers through both.
