UConn, Holy Cross visit Yager in 2026 football schedule Six home games slated; Ohio and Buffalo among MAC visitors The Mid-American Conference has officially announced the complete 2026 football schedule! Miami opens the season on Saturday, Sept. 5 at Pittsburgh and returns home the following week to host Holy Cross on Saturday, Sept. 12. The RedHawks face Cincinnati (at TQL Stadium) on Saturday, Sept. 19 and conclude non-conference play with a home game versus Connecticut for Homecoming on Saturday, Sept. 26. Coming off three consecutive appearances in the MAC Championship Game, the RedHawks begin conference play at home against Bowling Green on Saturday, October 3. Additional home games include Akron for Family Weekend (Saturday, Oct. 17), Buffalo (Tuesday, Nov. 3), and Ohio (Nov. 10). Miami is scheduled to play four road conference games, including trips to UMass (Saturday, Oct. 10), Central Michigan (Saturday, Oct. 24), Kent State (Tuesday, Nov. 17) and Western Michigan (Tuesday, Nov. 24). The MAC Championship Game will take place Saturday, Dec. 5 at Ford Field in Detroit, Mich. Comments are closed.
