RedHawks rise in Mid-Major poll BOSTON, Mass. — The Miami University men's basketball team improved its ranking to No. 7 overall on the Mid-Major Top 25® Poll, as announced by Collegeinsider on Monday evening. The RedHawks opened the season 2-0, with victories over Old Dominion (87-72) and Trinity Christian (129-49). Now in its 27th season, the Mid-Major Top 25® is voted on by 31 Division I coaches.
