BOWLING GREEN, OH -- 
Visiting Miami (14-0, 2-0 MAC) blitzed Bowling Green early and then withstood the Falcons second half comeback effort for a 93-83 victory Tuesday at the Stroh Center. 
It was the 14th win in as many outings for MU. Bowling Green, which had won four straight and seven of its last eight, fell to 10-4, 1-1 MAC).

Undefeated Miami faces stiff test at Bowling Green
Campbell-led Falcons have been impressive

Miami hits the road for a conference contest at Bowling Green on Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 7 p.m. The Red and White enter this game with a 13-0 record, its best start to a season in program history. Bowling Green, meanwhile, is currently 10-3 (1-0 MAC), and owns a four-game winning streak. 

The Falcons, who went 14-18 (8-10 MAC) last year. were selected to finish seventh overall in the 2025-26 MAC Coaches' Preseason Men's Basketball Poll. However, they have been impressive thus far and handed Ohio a 10-point loss in recent MAC play.

MU offense struggles in bowl loss 
Bulldog defense lives up to its rankings

TUSCON, AZ --
If there has been an achilles heel for Miami football late this season, it has been offensive struggles against outstanding defensive teams (e.g. Toledo, Western Michigan).. 

Those troubles surfaced again Saturday as Miami fell to Fresno State 18-3 in Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl action at Arizona Stadium. With their loss, the RedHawks finish 2025 with a 7-7 record. Fresno State, meanwhile, moved to 9-4.

Plenty of  questions as RedHawks face FSU challenge

Bowl games can be a real roll of the dice, especially in the portal age.
Who's leaving? Who's staying? Is anybody back from injury? Where is team/individual player focus?

The Miami RedHawks are coming off a second straight Mid-American Conference championship game loss. Last year, they bounced back to post an impressive bowl game win -- 43-17 over Colorado State. RedHawks hit record 76.1 percent in 13th straight win

Freshman Trey Perry scored a game-high 24 points and the RedHawks shot 76.1 percent from the field as Miami (13-0, 1-0 MAC) cruised past Milligan 135-81 Monday afternoon at Millett Hall.

It was the RedHawks 13th win in as many outings.  Milligan counted the game as an exhibition.

Junior forward Almar Atlason scored 18 of his 26 points in the second half to help Miami hold off Ball State 86-77 at Worthen Arena. It was the conference opener for both teams, and MU moved to 12-0 overall with the victory. Ball State fell to 3-9 on the campaign.

Miami wraps up its four-game road trip by beginning conference play at Ball State on Saturday, Dec. 20 at 2 p.m. The Red and White enter this game with an 11-0 record, its best start to a season in program history. Miami ranks among the top of the nation in numerous statistical categories heading into this game, which includes being third in the country in effective field goal percentage (0.618), sixth in field goal percentage (52.8), eighth in scoring margin (22.6), eighth in three-point percentage (40.5), 12th in scoring offense (92.3), 21st in threes per game (11.0), 31st in defensive rebounds per game (28.45), 34th in bench points per game (33.55) and 37th in turnover margin (3.8).

Byers career-high leads MU to win over Raiders
Eleventh straight win is new season-opening record

DAYTON, OH  -- Brant Byers erupted for a career-high  27 points while the Miami RedHawks posted a school record 11th straight win to start the season as MU defeated Wright State 83-76 Tuesday at the Ervin J. Nutter Center.
The Raiders have been a thorn in Miami's non-conference schedule, winning the last six meetings. However, the RedHawks grabbed an early lead and shot 59 percent from the field (62% from beyond the arc) while building up a 46-34 halftime advantage.

MU faces toughest test of season Tuesday
Wright State has won last six meetings

Miami travels to face off against the Wright State Raiders on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. The Red and White enter this game with a 10-0 record, matching its best start to a season in program history (1917-18 and 1943-44). 

This Tuesday's away contest against the Raiders will be the 41st meeting between the two programs. The RedHawks lead the series 21-19 all-time, as the Red and White are 8-10 when playing in Dayton.

Atlason helps MU hold off Eastern Kentucky

RICHMOND, KY -- Almar Atlason connected on 8 of 9 overall and 3 of 4 treys while scoring 19 points to lead Miami (10-0) past Eastern Kentucky (3-8) 79-69 Saturday at Baptist Health Arena.
It was the 10th straight win for MU, matching two previous best starts in school history (1917-18 and 1943-44). The Colonels, who had won two straight, fell to 3-8.
